These terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these terms at any time by destroying all materials obtained from SunKarma.net and all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under the terms of these terms or otherwise. These terms will terminate immediately without notice from the sole discretion of SunKarma.net should you fail to comply with any term or provision of these terms.
When the member requests the termination, subscription fees are NOT refundable. Should a refund be issued by 2000charge/CCbill, all refunds will be credited solely to the payment method used in the original transaction. 2000charge/CCbill will not issue refunds by cash, check, or to another credit card or payment mechanism.
